TopHotel Awards proposes a series of categories adapted to the constant changes in the industry. Before submitting your registration, please carefully read the category description and complete the form with information that motivates why your proposal fits into the chosen category.
A proposal can be registered only once in either the Business & Conference Hotels category or the Leisure category. In the remaining categories, the same proposal can be submitted in a maximum of 3 categories. If this limit is exceeded, the organizer reserves the right to eliminate additional registrations or to ask the participant to make a choice within the specified deadline.
A proposal becomes a nomination if it fits into the chosen category and meets its requirements. The organizer reserves the right to consider additional criteria for the selection of nominees and also to recommend moving the project to another category if it is more suitable.
The nominations for the TopHotel Awards 2024 will be judged by a large group of experts and leaders in the hotel industry, tourism, and hospitality, as well as the general public, who can vote for their favorite entries. The final result will be determined by the average of the votes cast by the public and the judges.
Additionally, the judging of categories dedicated to hotels will involve information provided by the TrustYou platform. This ensures a comprehensive and objective analysis of the participating hotels' performances.
Moreover, certain categories will undergo evaluation through mystery shopping conducted by representatives of the 4Service company. They will analyze every aspect of their experience at the nominated locations, starting from the initial contact with the staff to the completion of the transaction or service.
Both in the registration process and in the judging and finalization of the awards, the organizer commits to ensuring the confidentiality of the information received and the voting results. The obtained ratings will not be made public.
